Goal:
Understand the negative consequences of your product or services and create a basis for evaluating your user and business needs in the context of their negative impacts. Also, understand how negative consequences and user/business goals are directly connected.
Where to use:
Needs to Consequences Mapping can be used to evaluate everything from an entiere product or service down to a single user/customer journey or use case
How to use:
The canvas can be used for an evaluation on your own as well as in a workshop setting with various stakeholders.
