Goal:
Evaluate an AI use case by understanding the negative and positive Impacts as well as Business Risks and Oportunities, to make an informed decision if to use AI and if the oportunities and positive impacts justify the negative impacts and busines risks.
Where to use:
The Responsible AI Canvas can be used to evaluate any AI Use-Case, from micro- to makro-level.
How to use:
The canvas can be used for an evaluation on your own as well as in a workshop setting with various stakeholders.

AI Customer Support Assistant
Description
In the example we evaluated a general AI customer support assistant. Besides identifying the positive and negative outcomes it is quite interesting to see how all postive outcomes are connected to negative aspects.
